Week 1 - Fundamentals Overview

Week 1 is about giving you immediate direction and a network.

We’ll begin by introducing ourselves to each other, and asking our whole class what our goals, backgrounds, and businesses are. You’ll generate a network of other business owners in your Kinley Inc Masterclass Cohort. We’ll customize our curriculum to the students who attend.

We’ll also give you immediate strategies to implement. If you’re posting randomly, copying trends, or trying to be on every platform, this is where that ends.

In Week 1, we're breaking down the exact platforms and products that make the most money for small businesses, and how to decide where you should focus based on your goals.

We’ll cover:

• The basic equipment you need to get started in content creation

• The programs you need for content creation

• The three types of content that drive results

• The different social media platforms (some you might not have heard of)

• How to identify which platform will give you the highest ROI

• Creating content pillars and a content hierarchy framework

• The specific types of posts that drive leads vs. just likes

• What makes content convert on Facebook vs. Instagram vs. TikTok

• How to structure your profile so it positions you as an authority

• How to create a content plan

Week 2 - Creating Content

In Week 2 of the 4-Week Social Media Marketing Masterclass, we take content creation from something overwhelming to exciting. This tends to be the game-changing week for students! We see students’ eyes open to easy pathways to create content, and they immediately jump into posting. Our goal is to make this digestible and easy so creating content doesn’t feel overwhelming.

You will learn how to craft visually refined, platform-optimized content using tools like Canva and CapCut. We focus on precision: clean design, intentional pacing, and quick-to-post designing.

Even if you have zero video or graphic design experience, you’ll learn it here!

As a former Television News Reporter, Tori (your teacher) brings broadcast-level communication training into the digital space. You’ll master on-camera delivery, persuasive voiceovers, and the subtle performance techniques that make content feel powerful, natural, and credible.

Inside Week 2, you’ll refine:

  • Video editing fundamentals

  • Graphic design principles

  • On-camera authority and vocal control

  • How to sound natural on camera

By the end of this week, you’ll feel confident getting in front of and behind the camera!

Week 3 - Facebook & Instagram

In Week 3, we go deep into Meta, specifically Facebook and Instagram.

We’re going to show you why Facebook is still the most underrated and most profitable platform for small business owners. We’ll show you how to build communities, schedule posts, stalk your competitors’ marketing campaigns, and more.

For Instagram, we’ll show you how to optimize your bio for search engine optimization (SEO). We’ll go through caption writing and share tips and tricks directly from Meta employees. For most business owners, Facebook and Instagram are the only platforms they need to use to get real ROI with social media investments.

We’ll cover:

• Why Facebook is still one of the most underrated and profitable platforms for small business owners

• The neuroscience behind attention, retention, and replay value

• Hook structures that stop the scroll within the first three seconds
