Meet the President

Victoria “Tori” Kinley

In 2016, Tori Kinley started a social media fashion blog called “The Freckled Prep”. She quickly became an “influencer” (before the word influencer really existed). She worked with hundreds of brands on social media campaigns, including La Roche Posay, Keurig, and more.

In 2020, she took her knowledge in social media and prepared to pursue her PhD in Behavioral Marketing and Consumer Behavior. She was working on research surrounding viral social media content. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Tori’s PhD plans came to a halt. She then took her research and created an experimental TikTok page using her theories for going viral. Her first video got 1.3 million views and gained her 150,000+ followers overnight. She then started Kinley Inc Marketing, where she implemented these strategies into business campaigns.

In 2022, Hurricane Ian devastated her hometown area of Southwest Florida. Because of her storytelling expertise on social media, she was recruited to be a Television News Reporter for NBC2 and ABC7 (WGCU). She shared Hurricane Ian recovery stories every weekday.

In September 2023, Tori came back to Kinley Inc Marketing full-time with a new mission of helping businesses destroyed by Hurricane Ian recover. The first business she helped, La Ola Surfside Restaurant on Fort Myers Beach, is still one of our clients today.

In the last few years, she has grown Kinley Inc Marketing to a full team of graphic designers, content creators, and video editors. She works directly on each campaign with clients all over the country (and soon all over the world). She has used her expertise to generate millions of dollars in leads for clients. Her voice has been behind countless viral campaigns nationwide. She has over 220,000 followers on TikTok and over 12,000 followers on Instagram.

Tori has represented Southwest Florida in the State Capitol building, where she advocates for online safety measures for children on social media. Tori has finally circled back to her Doctoral dreams and will soon graduate with her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). She is currently working on research with faculty at Florida Gulf Coast University.
