Client Case Studies: Strategic Marketing in Action

CHITTENANGO, NEW YORK

The Haven Resort

This Resort almost fully booked out for 6 months with just 3 videos made by Kinley Inc.

Before working with Kinley Inc, The Haven averaged 5 bookings per day for their luxury, exotic resort. After launching just THREE viral videos together, their daily bookings surged to 20–30, establishing a new standard of demand. Their Instagram following grew from 14,000 to over 63,000. We also managed influencer campaigns, producing storytelling videos, and featuring the expansion of the resort. One influencer video (using our script) reached over 7 million views. With just three videos, The Haven became almost fully booked from May through October.

The Wild Animal Park

Our first video together gained 1.2 MILLION views.

The Wild Animal Park is a famous, award-winning zoological facility in Central New York. They had an established following on social media, however their content performed poorly and received little engagement. Kinley Inc Marketing came in and collaborated with their team members to create viral and successful content. Through script hooks, creative storytelling, and a few psychological tricks up the Kinley Inc sleeves, we achieved 1.2 millions views with the very first video posted. Every video after that went viral, consistently achieving hundreds of thousands of views. Click below to read more about our incredible results together here.

FORT MYERS BEACH, FLORIDA

La Ola Surfside Restaurant

Kinley Inc.’s viral video helped save this beloved restaurant.

La Ola Surfside Restaurant has trusted Kinley Inc. Marketing to tell their story for over 2 years. Kinley Inc. manages all of La Ola’s social media channels, coordinates PR and news campaigns, creates their graphic designs (like shirts, menus, and signs), and manages their newest Shopify website (that we made). We have created countless viral videos for La Ola.

In September 2024, La Ola Surfside received the sudden news that FEMA wanted to have their business removed for breaking FEMA’s evacuation standards. In an effort to save the business, Kinley Inc. immediately made a video about La Ola’s evacuation plan. This video went viral and received the attention of politicians, news stations, leaders, neighbors, and more. La Ola still stands proudly on Fort Myers Beach to this day.
