We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and help manage content creation and execution for client accounts. You’ll learn social media marketing from top experts in the field and get connected to full-time opportunities. These internships are in person, with room to grow into hybrid or remote work.


Social Media Marketing Internship (Fall 2025)

Company: Kinley Inc Marketing Services

Location: In-Person at the Kinley Inc. Office (Southwest Florida)

Job Type: Part-time Internship, 10 hours per week (if the right candidate and works well, we can increase to 20 hours)

Compensation: $13-$15 per hour, based on experience

Job Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a hands-on role in bringing client brands to life across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. You will gain real-world experience in digital marketing while contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact client growth.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, capture photos, and assist in planning engaging content calendars.

  • Video Production: Edit and repurpose video clips for reels, TikToks, and other short-form content.

  • Social Media Management: Draft captions, schedule posts, and monitor engagement across multiple platforms.

  • Brand Storytelling: Support consistent brand voice and aesthetics for each client account.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance and provide insights to improve results.

  • Creative Support: Assist with brainstorming new campaign ideas and staying on top of social media trends.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field.

  • Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook best practices.

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut (or willingness to learn quickly).

  • Strong photography and video editing skills are a plus.

  • Self-starter with creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
